Follow the steps:
* Download and install DroidCam Wireless from Google Playstore on your phone.
*Download and install DroidCam client app on your Windows PC & laptop.
*Open DroidCam Wireless app in Android smartphone and DroidCam client app in Windows PC or Laptop.

Here You have two options to connect your android phone camera as webcam to windows PC

#Wifi
In case of USB, you have to connect your Phone to Windows PC and laptop with data cable and for Wifi option, You should connect both devices with same wifi or internet connection.
*Enter Device IP showing in smartphone Droidcam wireless into windows DroidCam
client. Both Windows IP and Android smartphones IP should be same.
*Select Audio or video or both options.
Then click Start and enjoy HD camera results.
