Winter Holiday announced for Islamabad Schools and Colleges
An official notification regarding Winter Holiday announced issued by all model school and college urban and rural areas of Islamabad, In which they announced that Schools will be closed from 26th December to 31st December 2022. Winter Holiday Islamabad.
Official announcement of the leave is about 6 days whereas with both Sundays inclusion it becomes 8 day holidays or students in winter season. Whereas all the schools will be open back from 2nd January due to Sunday on 1st date of month.
Whereas as per notification other staff of the institutions with non-teaching staff will be available on duty in these days. Whereas Baluchistan Education department earlier notified about the winter leave in province for one and half month.
The main reason of a longer period is due to extreme weather conditions in the province where temperature normally down to negative in major areas of the province. Quetta is also known for very cold weather in winter with snowfall each year making the conditions worst for people.
